I'm Jakub Zając. I build and test software, and I also help companies and residents of Bydgoszcz with their everyday IT.

Most people in IT pick one narrow specialty. I deliberately went sideways: I worked as a QA and automation engineer in large, regulated environments while building my own applications, websites and business systems in parallel.
That taught me to look at technology the way a business owner does: I don't ask whether the code is fashionable, but whether it works, what it costs to maintain, and what happens when something breaks.
I gained experience on projects delivered in environments connected with organizations such as PwC, Roche and E.ON — around test automation, data quality and cloud platforms.
Alongside software projects I also run a computer service and IT support for companies in Bydgoszcz. It is not a side offer — it is the same philosophy: technology should simply work, for everyone.
