Software that does exactly what your business needs
From the first conversation about a problem to a system running in production — I design, build and maintain applications shaped around real processes.
Off-the-shelf tools stop where your company's specifics begin. When a team runs key processes in spreadsheets, stitches work together across three mismatched systems, or postpones decisions because “the system can't do that” — that's usually the moment for software written for the actual problem.
I work differently from a typical software house: there are no three layers of intermediaries between you and the code. You talk directly to the person who designs the architecture, writes the code, tests it and owns the deployment. Decisions happen fast and responsibility is unambiguous.
Experience from projects delivered in enterprise environments — including systems connected with organizations such as PwC, Roche and E.ON — carries over to projects of every size: solid testing, version control, CI/CD and documentation are my default, not a paid add-on.
What the service covers
Web applications and internal systems
Purpose-built business applications: process management systems, client portals, admin panels, dashboards and workflow tools that off-the-shelf software doesn't cover.
- Booking and request-handling systems
- Loyalty systems and CRM-style solutions
- Admin panels and reporting dashboards
- Client portals with secure authentication
MVP and proof of concept
A fast but sound first version of a product: scope cut down to what actually validates the idea, on an architecture ready to grow instead of being rewritten from scratch six months later.
Modernizing and rescuing existing systems
Taking over applications from previous vendors, refactoring, upgrading outdated technology, fixing defects and getting a project back to a state where it can be developed safely.
- Audit and takeover of another vendor's code
- Refactoring and paying down technical debt
- New feature development in an existing system
- Ongoing application maintenance
System integrations
Connecting applications that don't talk to each other today: API integrations, data synchronization, automated document exchange and the end of retyping data between systems by hand.
Typical situations
- 01
A core company process lives in a spreadsheet that “only one person understands”.
- 02
An off-the-shelf system covers 80% of your needs, and the missing 20% costs the team hours of manual work every week.
- 03
The previous vendor disappeared, and the application your business depends on has no documentation and no one maintaining it.
- 04
You have a validated product idea and need a first version you can put in front of customers or investors.
What you can count on
A system designed around your processes, with scope agreed in writing before work starts.
Code that is tested, version-controlled and documented — another team could take it over at any point.
Regular working releases to click through instead of progress reports.
One person accountable for the whole: architecture, code, tests and deployment.

Questions about this service
It depends on scope — which is why I start with a free conversation and a short analysis, after which you get a concrete quote with the scope written out. For larger projects I propose staged delivery, so a first working version ships early and the budget stays under control.
The code, documentation and access are yours. You can stay with me for ongoing maintenance, keep developing the system in stages, or hand it to your own team — the project is run so that each of those options is realistic.
Yes, regularly. I start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, after which you know exactly what state the project is in and what needs attention first. Only then do you decide on further work.
Yes — I run software projects remotely for companies across Poland and abroad, with regular online check-ins. On-site meetings are available in and around Bydgoszcz.
